Due to heavy volume at this time, there may be a delay in processing orders for shipment up to two days.

Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final. No refunds, or exchanges are accepting. We thank you in advance for your understanding during these unprecedented times and will continue to do our part to help keep our communities safe.

Touch Hair company® (THC) online orders ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Orders submitted by 11am PT are typically processed within 2 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays). Please factor in this processing time when selecting a shipping method. Please check the USPS website for delivery days in your area.

Express Saver
Delivery to businesses by 4:30pm and to residences by 8pm in 3 business days

2nd Day
By 4:30pm in 2 business days to most areas (by 8pm to residences)

Standard Overnight
Next-business-day delivery by 3pm to most U.S. addresses, by 4:30pm to rural areas and by 8pm to residences

Priority Overnight
Next-business-day delivery by 10:30am to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30pm or 5pm to some rural or remote areas; by noon, 1:30pm or 4:30pm on Saturdays

*Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time.

USPS STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING

Available for shipments only within the Continental U.S. and U.S. Territories. This shipping method is the only shipping method available for shipments to U.S. Territories.

ALL OTHER SHIPPING METHODS

Available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii address only.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

Must select 2nd Day or Priority Overnight.

RATES

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and vary by destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

THC PROCESSING TIME

Orders submitted by 10 am PT are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. Orders received after 10 am PT are processed the following business day.

PO/APO/FPO BOXES

We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to PO/APO/FPO Boxes. If you have entered these addresses, we will contact you for an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

Orders qualifying for our everyday FREE shipping promotion are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only. FREE shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, as well as for oversized packages.

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

CANCELLATIONS

Upon request, orders can be canceled before they're processed. All orders are made to order.

Return Policy

Touch Hair company is dedicated to providing you the best customer experience possible. Due to the nature of the ingredients and CDC regulations products purchased on THC online may not be returned for refund or exchange.

REFUNDING SHIPPING FEE

THC  will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). THC does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER BY MAIL**

Mail your return with the packing slip to the below address. It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. THC is not responsible for returns that are lost or missing in transit.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
